In October 2025, India and the European Union (EU) conducted a first-of-its-kind counterterrorism training focused on drone threats at the National Security Guard (NSG) campus in Manesar, Gurugram, Haryana. The three-day exercise strengthened capabilities to defend critical infrastructure and soft targets against emerging unmanned aerial system (UAS) threats.
