  • - PM Narendra Modi laid the foundation stone for the transmission system strengthening at the Kurnool-III Pooling Station, estimated to cost over ₹2,880 crore.
  • - He also laid foundation stones for two major industrial areas — the Orvakal Industrial Area in Kurnool and the Kopparthy Industrial Area in Kadapa — with a combined investment exceeding ₹4,920 crore, designed to attract large-scale manufacturing and employment opportunities.

  • (i) In the railway sector, PM Modi inaugurated and laid foundation stones for several projects worth more than ₹1,200 crore across Andhra Pradesh, aimed at improving regional connectivity and passenger convenience.
