In October 2025, the Department of Telecommunications (DoT) under the Ministry of Communication, the National Communications Academy (NCA), and the GSM Association (GSMA) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in New Delhi (Delhi) to advance cooperation in telecom policy, research, and capacity building, supporting India’s Digital India and Atmanirbhar Bharat visions.
