  • - The award was jointly presented by Padmini Singla, Joint Secretary, Ministry of Textiles (MoT); Shivakumar, Member-Secretary of CSB; and Ambika Lakshminarayana, Member of Parliament (Lok Sabha) and Member of CSB.
