In September 2025, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), the flagship IT company of the Tata Group, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC), a premier R&D body under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), to accelerate the development of India’s sovereign cloud ecosystem.

  • - Key government applications such as e-Sanjeevani (telemedicine service) and Dial 112 (national emergency helpline) will be hosted on TCS’ SovereignSecure Cloud, ensuring compliance with strict national data protection norms.
